Position Overview:
An international healthcare organisation is seeking a Remote Sales Consultant
This role focuses on guiding prospective patients through treatment options via virtual consultations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping individuals understand available treatments, expected outcomes, and the overall patient journey in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner.

Candidates coming from a dental, medical, or healthcare background will be advantageous, full training will be provided.
Purpose of the Role:
The Remote Sales Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective patients who have expressed interest in treatment.
The consultant's responsibility is to:
- Explain treatment options clearly
- Answer patient questions with empathy and professionalism
- Build trust and confidence
- Guide patients comfortably through the decision-making process
The focus is on patient care, education, and reassurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients via video and online platforms
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, timelines, and patient journeys in an easy-to-understand manner
- Provide reassurance and emotional support throughout the consultation process
- Understand patient motivations, concerns, and expectations through active listening
- Guide patients through next steps including onboarding and scheduling
- Maintain accurate consultation notes and CRM records
- Follow up professionally with patients after consultations
- Work collaboratively with clinical and patient support teams
- Deliver a consistently professional and caring patient experience

- Aesthetic clinic consultant experience
- Healthcare reception or patient advisory roles
- Consultative sales or patient consultation experience
Full training on treatments, processes, and consultation frameworks will be provided.
