About the position

Develop and maintain asset integrity and reliability strategies for static equipment and piping systems.

  • Lead and support Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs and integrity assessments.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify failure trends and root causes.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability and reduce risk.
  • Support turnaround planning, inspection scope development, and post-shutdown evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes (API, ASME, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with inspection teams to prioritize and schedule inspection activities.
  • Maintain and update asset integrity databases and reliability models.
  • Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and performance reviews for leadership.
  • Promote a proactive safety and reliability culture across the organization.
