About the position
Important: This position is open to Persons Living with Disabilities Only. Proof of disability will be required. This is a 12 months contract
Purpose of the Job
To provide registry and records management services, including opening, maintaining, filing, and archiving personnel files and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close personnel files
- Maintain and update personnel records
- Register incoming and outgoing files and documents
- Retrieve, issue and track files
- Maintain filing system and registry records
- Provide registry counter services and assist with enquiries
- Control access to registry and storage areas
- Ensure proper archiving of closed files
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer literacy
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
