?? We're Hiring: Registered Nurse - Shift Leader (Care & Wellness) ?? KZN Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise and a passion for leading care teams? Our client is looking for an experienced RN - Shift Leader to join their Care & Wellness Department situated in KZN In this pivotal role, you'll ensure exceptional, holistic care for their residents-supporting their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual wellbeing. You'll also provide leadership to caregivers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and champion quality standards across your shift. ?? What You'll Do ?? What We're Looking For
Lead and support caregivers on shift
Deliver comprehensive, person-centred nursing care
Conduct assessments, implement care plans, and monitor resident progress
Manage medication administration, treatments, and emergency responses
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Provide health education to residents, families, and staff
Drive a safe and uplifting care environment
Participate in MDTs, handovers, and HOD meetings
Diploma/Degree in Nursing
Valid SANC registration
5+ years' clinical experience (Medical, Surgical, ICU, Oncology, or Geriatrics preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Computer literate
Knowledge of the Older Persons Act & Mental Health Act
Valid driver's licence + up-to-date BLS
