  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working within a pharmaceutical or medical device company
  • Proven track record in sales management and business development
  • Experience in managing teams and driving performance
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Relevant professional certifications in sales or healthcare management (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/medical device industry regulations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of tender processes and proposal development
