Main Job Purpose:
To provide leadership and management to a grouping of Fitment Centre's (Region) in order to ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators through resources management while complying to or executing against corporate standards, requirements and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Sales and Operations/ Business Management
Knowledge:
Knowledge of technical, administration and fitment centre control procedures
Skills:
MS Office (Advanced)
Communication (verbal and written)
SAP
Change management (change agent)
Financial and Commercial management
Data analysis (analyse performance and assess business performance and improvements)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Planning and organising
Conflict management
Experience:
10 years in a relevant retail service operation (tyres, exhausts, tracking systems)
5 years of total functional experience must have been in a Management role
Strong technical, administration and fitment centre control procedures
Excellent financial and commercial management - able to demonstrate significant performance in results and targets
