You build strong relationships quickly, negotiate confidently and take ownership from first conversation to signed lease. You're organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple deals while working closely with internal teams to get results. What you'll be doing You'll drive new leasing activity across over 20 properties and growing while proactively managing renewals and client relationships to protect and grow occupancy. This includes engaging directly with prospective tenants, negotiating commercial terms, and concluding leases end-to-end, including all documentation and system updates. You'll develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies, work closely with brokers and digital platforms to generate demand, and collaborate with operations, projects and asset management to ensure units are market-ready. You'll track leasing performance, vacancy data and trends, acting with urgency in a high-volume, small-space environment. Where you'll be doing it What you'll need A matric qualification at minimum with proven experience in commercial or industrial property leasing, with strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills. You'll be comfortable handling high volumes of smaller spaces, managing leases independently from start to finish, and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
