Well-established company based in Johannesburg South seeks a Refinery Supervisor to join their team!
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Strong technical and production planning knowledge
• Minimum 5 years of production experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment
• Plan and manage daily production to consistently meet targets
• Ensure high-quality standards for all products
• Oversee maintenance and proper functioning of machinery and equipment
• Manage and monitor raw material usage efficiently
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports
• Enforce compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
