Lucia Mabasa Chief Executive Officer Lucia joined pinpoint one human resources in 2002 and became Managing Director in 2010 and majority shareholder in 2018. She holds a BA and MA in Industrial Sociology. Her leadership has positioned the firm as one of South Africa’s foremost executive search consultancies. Clive H. Viveiros Co-founder & Executive Director After serving as Managing Director of one of South Africa’s largest recruitment agencies, the Kelly Group, he cofounded pinpoint one human resources. He holds a BA (Law), MBA, and MSSC. His focus is executive, management and scarce skill placements in the public sector and SOEs, agriculture, agri-processing, mining, and arts and culture, while expanding the firm’s African footprint.
