Recruitment Coordinator

About the position

This is a 12 months contract

Recruitment Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role managing the end-to-end recruitment process by effectively providing administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition function, enabling a high-level implementation of the full life cycle of the recruitment process within the organisation.

Job requirements:

We seek a dedicated and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator with -

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Psychology,

Organisational Development or related field of study.

• At least 3 - 5 years' experience of working as a HR professional with at least 2 years
• proven experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment and selection; sourcing
• and screening candidates.
• Expertise in high-volume recruitment
• Experience with assessment systems and testing.
• Experience of working with middle/senior managers.
• Excellent & confident communicator.
• Good facilitation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent standard of written English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
