About the position
QA Analyst required to monitor and oversee quality in production and warehouse processes to ensure compliance with product specifications, quality and food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role ensures that all finished products meet internal quality benchmarks, customer requirements and legal standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or Biotechnology or Nutrition or Analytical Chemistry
- 1-2 years' relevant experience
- Experience with FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMPs
- FMCG, Manufacturing sector experience essential
- Proven ability to manage, maintain and deliver against Customer requirements

Responsibilities:
- Assure daily quality operational functions related to raw materials, process, and finished products
- Review and sign off all quality and process sheets
- Communicate, escalate, investigate and ensure closeout on all arising non-conformances in the plants
- Monitor plant's quality criteria and specifications and standards to ensure that all products meet customer, legal, quality and food safety requirements
- Conduct routine sensory evaluations to verify product quality
- Monitor and assess laboratory analysis results to maintain consistent product quality in the plants
- Collaborate with Laboratory and Operations to drive corrective actions for all deviations, nonconformities and improvements
- Support the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality System as per FSSC 22000
- Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, issues and areas for improvement in product and process, quality and food safety
- Perform regular GMP and System's audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate in-house training on company policies and procedures and basic GMPs for plant personnel
- Participate in customer complaints investigation
- Raise non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and investigation of non-conformances and ensure close out thereof
- OPRPs Monitoring Verifications
- Serve as a technical liaison between quality and other departments
- Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions
