Experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization
Strong organisational skills with attention to details and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead cross -functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Safety stock management with suppliers to reduce cash flow output beforehand and reduce supply PO changes
Evaluates and report on progress against the plan and provide solutions to problems/obstacles that may arise
Demonstrates and understands customs and beliefs of various groups or cultures and understands how these differences affect performance and communication.
• Consistent evaluation on how to improve the purchasing cycle within parameters given of working capital
Proactively seeks out new opportunities to save costs on incoming raw materials and packaging
• Provides continuous feedback to the Supply Chain Manager on the efficiency of supply and progress against or requirements
