Senior Specialist: Remuneration & Benefits.

Permanent role | Annual TCTC Salary-package | Centurion-based I National Development Finance Institution.

Job Summary.
Our client, a South Africa's specialist agricultural development bank, is seeking a Senior Specialist: Remuneration & Benefits to strengthen its People & Culture capability through robust reward governance, advanced analytics and public-sector-aligned remuneration frameworks.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Remuneration & benefits frameworks, policy implementation and compliance
  • Salary benchmarking, market surveys and internal equity analysis
  • Advanced remuneration dashboards, modelling and reporting (Excel / Power BI)
  • Job evaluation, grading and incentive scheme support
  • Governance submissions, audit readiness and PFMA-aligned reporting

What You Bring To The Role:

  • Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Finance or Commerce
  • 5+ years' remuneration & benefits experience (SOE / banking / finance preferred)
  • Strong job evaluation, benchmarking and incentive analytics exposure
  • Advanced Excel (modelling, pivots, formulas); dashboard/reporting tools
  • Sound understanding of PFMA, DPE Remuneration Guidelines & King Codes
