(5-Year Fixed-Term Contract | KwaZulu-Natal | Executive-Level)

Our client, a nationally recognised leader in advancing local government excellence is seeking a seasoned, astute executive to head provincial operations in KwaZulu-Natal from their Durban-based executive offices.

This role will see you driving strategy, strengthening municipal service delivery, and building high-level relationships across political, government, business, and community spheres.

What you'll bring:

• A Master's degree (Public Administration, Local Government, Economic Development, or similar) - MBA advantageous
• 10+ years' senior leadership experience, preferably in local government or a large, complex organisation
• A proven record in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance leadership
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive revenue-generation initiatives
• Gravitas, influence, and the ability to navigate political and multi-stakeholder environments
