About the position
Role Purpose
The Project Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and governance of innovation initiatives. This role ensures alignment to product priorities, effective sprint delivery, and readiness across all stages of the innovation lifecycle, while enabling strong stakeholder collaboration and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance & Innovation Sprint Delivery
- Support the delivery of sprint objectives in alignment with Product Owner priorities
- Track progress against sprint goals and manage scope changes effectively
- Monitor team workload and assist in redistributing tasks where required
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or delays to the Scrum Master in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate documentation, templates, and audit trails to evidence sprint outcomes and governance compliance
2. Innovation Portfolio Planning
- Provide coordination support for complex innovation portfolio planning
- Assist in structuring and maintaining clear portfolio views aligned to strategic journeys
- Ensure all products meet requirements for progression through stage gates
- Coordinate readiness for key milestones, including:
- Proof of Concept (PoC) sign-off
- MVP UAT sign-off
- Pilot approvals
- Go/No-Go decisions
- Align and track capacity and resource requirements across multiple teams (HR, PEX, Hubs, Markets)
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Change teams, Technology teams, Deployment leads, and Market stakeholders
- Act as a central coordination point between innovation teams and business stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint sessions to drive alignment and delivery outcomes
- Prepare and manage all required materials, reports, and data for stakeholder engagement sessions
4. Risk Management & Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on progress of innovation initiatives against timelines and quality standards
- Monitor overall innovation health, including:
- User experience and satisfaction
- Change management deliverables
- UAT and experience testing outcomes
- Budget vs actual performance
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure continuity of delivery

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Business, Project Management, or related field
- 2-5 years' experience in project coordination, PMO, or Agile delivery environments
- Experience supporting innovation, digital, or transformation projects is advantageous
