Onsite – 4 days per week (Cape Town)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in systems integration to lead the delivery of complex, cross-platform initiatives. This is a 6-month contract role, requiring close collaboration with business and technical teams onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of systems integration projects across multiple platforms
Manage integration between enterprise systems (ERP, eCommerce, POS, supply chain)
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and business stakeholders
Define and manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Drive integration planning (APIs, middleware, data flows)
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT) and go-live readiness
Provide consistent status reporting and stakeholder communication
Required Experience & Skills
7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
Proven delivery of systems integration / enterprise integration projects
Strong understanding of:
APIs, microservices, middleware
Data integration and system interoperability
Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
Nice to Have
Retail experience (omni-channel, supply chain, merchandising)
Exposure to SAP, Hybris, or similar enterprise platforms
Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
