Project & Branch Operations Manager

About the position

Package

• CTC between R65,000 and R80,000 per month, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations
• Manage and monitor projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure compliance, quality, and on-time delivery of projects
• Supervise and coordinate staff, subcontractors, and consultants
• Maintain strong client relationships and service standards
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and safety requirements
• Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and performance reports

Requirements

• 5-8 years of project or operations management experience
• Construction experience essential; fire protection experience preferred
• Relevant qualification in Management or Project Management
• Proven success working on large-scale projects with major contractors or consultants (e.g., WBHO)
• Own reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal record
• Strong references confirming career history and achievements
