Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Programme Manager to oversee enterprise-wide system integration initiatives that transform the way our organisation connects, collaborates, and delivers value.

?? Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integration programmes on time and within budget
- Oversee end-to-end programme lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across IT and business units
- Drive adoption of integration platforms, APIs, and middleware solutions
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and security standards
?? What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale integration programmes (ERP, CRM, cloud, data platforms)
- Strong knowledge of system integration tools, APIs, and enterprise architecture
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile)
