3. JOB EVALUATION CRITERIA
A) Knowledge and Skills
Secondary Education Grade 12
Tertiary Education (including Diplomas, Certificates and Degrees)
HNDT Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering NQF 6 Production Management / Operations Management (will be advantageous)
Experience 10% - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Production Manager role in the manufacturing industry – FMCG market
70% - In-depth and hands-on experience in, and exposure to injection moulding processes, tools and ancillary equipment.
20% - Exposure to training at IM machine suppliers
B) Competencies
Knowledge Skills
60% - Have knowledge and understanding of plastic Manufacturing, especially Injection Moulding process
15% - Insight into Injection moulds, Injection moulding machines and related equipment for processing.
35% - Leadership skills

15% - Understanding of ISO 9001 standards and how to implement and maintain QMS
