About the position
Purpose of the Job:
Support the Factory Manager by coordinating production activities, managing operational reporting, and ensuring efficient factory operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Production Management, or Operations Management
- 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, production administration, operations support, or factory administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Capture, maintain, and verify daily production data.
- Compile, analyse, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
- Monitor production performance against targets and highlight variances, trends, and deviations.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Factory Management.
- Manage shift schedules, roster changes, labour tracking, overtime, and staffing requirements.
- Assist HR-related communication and act as a liaison between HR and Manufacturing teams.
