About the position

Qualifications

• ITIL certification (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in process engineering, process analysis or similar IT process roles.
• Experience with Software Asset Management, access control processes, service management and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is highly desirable.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
