About the position
Dan Everson Podiatry is currently experiencing strong growth and is looking for an additional podiatrist to join our team. You would be located in our Caloundra and Nambour clinics, with possibly one day a week also at our flagship clinic in Maroochydore. Clinics on the Sunshine Coast are at Maroochydore, Nambour, Noosa and Caloundra. Dan Everson Podiatry offers a range of podiatric services, with a focus on delivering high quality, evidence based care for our patients. Dan Everson is a leader in biomechanics research and orthotic design. This is a great opportunity to expand your biomech skills and knowledge and learn from a leader in the field. Most recently, Dan Everson has developed neuro-functional orthotics which he is prescribing to patients. Our podiatrists see a mixed load with a wide range of issues such as: PACT (fungal nail) and shockwave treatments are also offered in clinics. There is also a fully-integrated orthotics lab which makes custom orthotics for patients. Our clinics have a computerized cloud-based diary system and clinic notes as well as 3D scanning for orthotics. About Dan Everson
Dan Everson specialises in biomechanics, specifically orthotic therapy. He is focused on evidence-based care, and seeks to provide consistent, reliable outcomes to patients. Dan developed The Kinetic Method which is an evidence-based approach to orthotic prescription. He holds a number of patents in this area and continues to research and refine this method. Dan has also developed an online education program called the Kinetic Learning Centre. This program contains detailed kinetic theory and orthotic prescription. It is used by Queensland University of Technology for its podiatry students. More recently Dan has developed neuro-functional orthotics which he is prescribing to patients.
