About the position

Personal Assistant to CEO (4-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Are you a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant with a passion for supporting executive leadership? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Personal Assistant to the CEO within a respected regulatory organisation operating at a national level.

This role offers a unique chance to work at the heart of executive decision-making, providing strategic administrative support and ensuring the seamless functioning of the CEO's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's diary, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft and manage correspondence, including emails, reports, and submissions
  • Conduct research and compile reports to support executive decision-making
  • Support planning and coordination of projects, events, and stakeholder engagements
  • Ensure efficient office administration and workflow management

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant at executive level
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 4 months (with potential extension based on performance and operational needs)
