What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be supporting the MD, Ops Director in SA and a Director in the UK with a mix of executive assistance and office administration. Your days will involve managing busy diaries, coordinating international travel, handling sensitive communication and keeping operations running smoothly in the office. You'll coordinate meetings, track actions, manage suppliers and service providers, and even get involved in finance related admin like expense claims and reconciliations. No two days will be the same and your knack for organisation will be key to keeping things efficient and professional. Where you'll be doing it You'll join a respected management consultancy known for its work in asset management. With offices in South Africa and the UK, this is a business that values integrity, excellence, and collaboration. Their culture is supportive yet fast-paced, with a growing footprint and a strong sense of partnership at every level. You'll be based at the office daily in Newlands from 9am to 4pm. What you'll need You'll need at least a matric qualification with 5 years PA experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a professional services environment. However, it's to be noted that this is not a super corporate office, it's more down to earth. A qualification in Office Administration or similar is preferred. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. You'll bring excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills - as well as a valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport.
