The Role: Performance Marketing Specialist
As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Working closely with creatives, account managers, and clients, you'll drive measurable results, focusing on return on ad spend and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create high-converting campaigns
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROAS and client satisfaction
• Provide clear performance reports and data-driven recommendations
• Stay updated with platform trends and implement best practices

About You

• 2+ years experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
• Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok campaign management
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Able to work collaboratively with creative and account teams
• Results-oriented, proactive, and focused on delivering client success
