About the position
Performance Marketing Manager Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm (Hybrid - In office 2 days per week) We're on the search for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital Agency. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in Paid Ads Management, with a strong focus on Facebook/Meta & Google Ads. The role is 85% Social Paid Ads Management and 15% Google Ads Management. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign strategy, building, optimisation, tracking, reporting, as well as laying the foundation to grow the paid media department. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong project management skills to champion the sales, systems, and processes for the department. A passion for data analysis and a keen eye for maximising return on investment are essential to succeed in this position. Team: We're a small team (13) and are looking for a like-minded individual who is down-to-earth, passionate, and a high-energy hard worker. Salary: R45,000 - R55,000 p/m depending on experience
