In this role, you'll:
- Act as a strategic business partner to managers and teams across the business
- Lead KPI reviews, job role evaluations, and continuous improvement of job descriptions
- Drive initiatives to boost employee morale, company culture, and engagement
- Facilitate performance improvement plans, coaching, and capability building
- Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and development frameworks
- Be a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters
