About the position
Our client, a market leader in the Protection Systems industry, is seeking a meticulous, experienced, and hands-on Payroll Officer to take full ownership of their payroll function. You'll enjoy a year-long transition period working alongside an experienced consultant before becoming the sole custodian of the payroll function, reporting directly into Finance. This is a role where self-management, proactivity, and ownership will be key to your success.
Currently outsourced, the payroll process will soon be brought in-house, offering you the opportunity to shape and streamline it from the ground up. You'll work with an automated clocking system to review and ensure all time and attendance figures are accurate, before processing 420 salaries across all levels from executive leadership to entry-level employees, including a smaller payroll for the company's Nigerian entity.
