About the position
We are seeking Outbound Agents on a Project base in Claremont Cape Town
Job Spec - Outbound Call Centre Agent
Purpose of this role:
To conduct various surveys telephonically in a professional manner as per specific
client requirements and to capture and store these completed surveys electronically.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Outbound call centre - doing surveys
· Make outbound calls and complete written survey in Afrikaans or English
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
· Matric
· Must have at least 6 months call centre experience
· MUST be able to speak and write in English and at least one other African
language
· MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY MUST live in Cape Town
Package & Remuneration
· Rate R40 per hour - performance and tenure increases
· Based in Claremont (Cape Town)
Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
· Project based (as and when needed)
