About the position
Role Overview:
An opportunity exists for a highly organised and detail-driven Order Processing Clerk to manage the full RFQ-to-order lifecycle. This is an internal, process-focused role with communication primarily conducted via telephone, email, and WhatsApp. The successful candidate will take full ownership of tasks from initial enquiry through to final order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities (For two of our major clients):
- Manage incoming RFQs and respond in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct product research and source items from suppliers
- Compile accurate quotations aligned to client requirements
- Process confirmed orders and ensure full lifecycle tracking through to delivery
- Maintain strict accuracy in pricing, specifications, and documentation
- Follow structured internal processes and workflows consistently
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues
- Achieve KPI targets related to turnaround time, accuracy, and output
Requirements:
- Experience in order processing, procurement, internal sales, or a similar role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines

Incentive Structure:
In addition to the base salary, the role offers a KPI-driven incentive structure. High performers who consistently follow process and maintain accuracy can significantly increase their earnings.
