You're a hands-on leader who thrives on accountability and delivering results. Commercially minded and customer-focused, you bring energy, resilience, and professionalism to everything you do. You'll take full responsibility for site performance, driving occupancy, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations. From leading sales efforts and improving conversion rates to ensuring exceptional customer experiences, you'll be at the heart of operations. You'll oversee facility standards, compliance, and maintenance, manage budgets and reporting, and ensure strong financial controls. Alongside this, you'll lead and develop your team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring governance, risk, and compliance standards are consistently met.
You'll join a growing, customer-focused organisation within the property and storage sector, known for its high standards, strong operational discipline and service-driven culture. The business is expanding its footprint and offers a collaborative environment where individuals are empowered to take ownership and develop into leadership roles. There are multiple roles available for different locations. There is Saturday work where you'll likely gain time off during the week in exchange. It won't be every Saturday, you'll likely swop with another employee so it will be alternating Saturday's.
You'll have proven experience in operations within sectors such as retail, hospitality, property, or similar. Strong commercial acumen, leadership experience, and the ability to manage site performance are essential. You'll be comfortable with financial "management", reporting, and operational systems, with a solid understanding of customer service excellence. At least a Matric plus relevant experience will be advantageous.
A basic salary plus commission earning potential and a provident fund contribution. You'll gain exposure to a fast paced environment with real growth potential, ongoing development and the opportunity to progress into a management role over time, all within a supportive and performance-driven environment.
