About the position
Stereo is a fast-growing food-tech startup on a mission to reimagine fast food. We run a multi-brand, high-energy, tech-enabled food operation where quality, pace, and customer experience come first. As our General Manager, you will own the day-to-day operational performance across all Stereo sites. You'll lead and develop our managers, drive standards, ensure operational discipline, and use KPIs and systems to keep the business performing at a high level. You'll be close to the action - solving real problems in real time, supporting teams on the ground, and continuously improving how we execute.
This role is perfect for a systems-driven, people-centric operator with deep experience in restaurant/QSR operations, strong commercial instincts, and a love for building great customer experiences. You'll play a major part in shaping the next chapter of a modern, founder-led, highly ambitious food brand.
