About the position
We are a dynamic IT Support Company (MSP) seeking a competent and reliable IT Support Technician to be based primarily on-site at a prestigious law firm in Sandton. This role is hands-on and client-facing, requiring someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys solving technical challenges as well as serving people. You will spend approximately four days a week at the client's offices, providing direct desktop, network, and user support, with the balance of your time assisting remotely or at other sites as needed. You'll be the go-to IT resource for end-users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable environment while still being part of a growing MSP team with strong career prospects.
