About the position
Our client, a manufacturing company based in Edenvale / Isando requires an experienced Office / Operations Administrator to join their team. A minimum of 3 - 5 years similar experience is required.
We are looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to handle the day-to-day admin of the business and act as the main point of contact for general office matters. The role will involve dealing with customers, suppliers, paperwork, basic stock records, invoices, orders, filing, and general office support

Required Skills
Matric and 3 - 5 years office / operations experience is essential
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Able to work accurately with numbers, quantities, and documents
Good communication skills
Organised and reliable
Able to follow instructions and keep records properly
Advantageous
Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or stock-control environment
Experience with basic invoicing or accounting software
Experience with ERP systems
