The Role This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to shape the workspaces of tomorrow. As a Project Manager, you will be a key link between our vision and our clients' reality, guiding them from initial consultation through to a successful, completed project. You will lead the sales cycle from compelling client presentations to precise costing, quoting, and securing orders. A core responsibility is to manage and execute projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and flawless delivery and installation. You will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of product innovations, technical information, and market trends. The role requires you to work diligently towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications and Requirements Experience/Education: A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, OR 3-5 years of professional work experience in the corporate office furniture industry Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities. A solid understanding of furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes. Proven capability to manage multiple projects from start to finish. Must be a self-starter comfortable with a flexible schedule, including client meetings on the road and regular office presence. Must be currently based in the central or western suburbs of Johannesburg. Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package that rewards results. This position includes a basic salary ranging from R30,000 to R40,000, with a clear path to significant earnings through incentives.
