About the position

A reputable property company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to the Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director's office. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Executive Assistant in managing the Managing Director's schedule
  • Assist with diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of the office of the MD
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) - essential
  • Relevant post-matric qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, or similar)
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must reside in Pretoria (PTA)
