About the position
Our client, a custom software development/digital supply chain business, currently seeks to appoint a Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to join their growing operations center team based in Tygervalley, Cape Town. This role involves overseeing a 24/7 operations center, managing Tier 1 support teams, and ensuring real-time monitoring and response across the infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience managing NOC or Control Room teams in a high-availability environment
- Strong knowledge of incident management and technical escalation
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, PRTG, or similar monitoring platforms
- Solid understanding of networks, system performance, and shift operations
- Comfortable working in an on-site 24/7 shift-managed environment
- Leadership experience in a technical support setting
