About the position
A leading player in the high-tech industrial sector is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This role is perfect for a hunter-profile professional who thrives on identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships within technical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Technical Presentations: Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:- Industry Experience: Proven track record of sales success within Electronics Manufacturing, Security, ICT, Telecoms, or the IT industry.
- Sales Expertise: Strong "new business" hunter instinct with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and technical product specifications.
