About the position

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling and outreach
  • Identify and qualify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers and build interest in solutions
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales activity and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop a solid understanding of client needs and offer consultative solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Some experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles
  • Exposure to cold calling or new business development
  • Strong verbal communication skills (professional and articulate)
  • Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Advantageous

  • Experience in B2B sales or selling to decision-makers

Remuneration
