An established, fast-growing education group is looking for a National Field Sales Director to drive nationwide sales performance, strengthen partnerships, and lead a passionate team dedicated to expanding access to quality education.

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Lead, refine, and execute the national sales strategy.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor insights.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive powerful attraction and brand campaigns.
  • Deliver targets across regions, products, and learning formats.
  • Provide accurate forecasts that support organisational planning.

Team & Performance Leadership

  • Lead and inspire high-performing regional sales teams across the country.
  • Implement KPIs, performance frameworks, and incentive models.
  • Embed a culture of excellence, accountability, and ethical student recruitment.
  • Ensure ongoing training to uplift product mastery and closing capability.

Partnerships & Market Engagement

  • Build strong, strategic relationships with schools, corporates, TVETs, and key community partners.
  • Increase market share through meaningful partnerships and outreach initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless student journey.

Sales Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee lead generation pipelines, CRM utilisation, and national reporting.
  • Strengthen conversion performance through data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with POPIA, ethical standards, and higher education regulations.
  • Present performance reports to executive leadership and oversight committees.
