Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Developer

About the position

The Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions that streamline and automate complex workflows. This role focuses on transforming manual, creative-driven processes into efficient, technology-enabled systems that support operational scale.

The successful candidate will work across both backend and frontend development, building Django-based services and Angular applications tailored for end users, including non-technical stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Owners, Designers, and content-focused teams to translate real-world workflows into practical software solutions.

A strong emphasis is placed on clean architecture, test coverage, and production reliability, along with the ability to take ownership of features end-to-end. Exposure to AI-driven solutions is important, particularly where it enhances automation, reduces manual effort, and improves workflow efficiency.

Key Requirements

• BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django) and Angular.
• Proven experience automating manual or workflow-driven processes.
• Experience building tools and systems for non-technical users.
• Practical experience integrating or applying AI tools (LLMs / Generative AI) to solve real-world problems.
• Ability to take ownership of features from concept through to production.
• Experience working with APIs, media platforms, or asset pipelines is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of clean architecture principles and best development practices.
• Commitment to writing reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to SaaS, AdTech, Creative Tech, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms is beneficial.
