About the position

Description/Synopsis:

 

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetic (Injectables) Brand Manager to drive the growth and market positioning of their premium aesthetic injectable products. This multifaceted role combines strategic marketing expertise with in-depth industry knowledge, focusing on delivering impactful campaigns, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance within the medical aesthetics sector. If you have proven experience in brand management and a passion for medical aesthetics, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing market.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial, Business Administration, Sciences, or a related field
  • Degree/diploma in the Aesthetics field advantageous
  • 3 – 5 years’ brand management experience, preferably in the medical aesthetics industry with a focus on injectables
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics in aesthetic injectables
  • Established relationships within the medical aesthetics field, including KOL and trainer management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for the aesthetic injectables market
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market share and visibility
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and consumers (where allowed)
  • Oversee creation of educational and promotional materials for patients and providers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, training, and strategy support
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, industry experts, and influencers
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on brand performance and ROI
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements
