About the position

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, generate qualified business opportunities, and support organisational growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills who can successfully manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing plans.
• Build and maintain a strong market presence through effective brand positioning and communication.
• Ensure all marketing communications and materials reflect a consistent brand identity.

• Create targeted marketing programmes that increase engagement.

• Work closely with relevant teams to convert marketing activity into measurable business results.
• Build productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure marketing priorities support broader organisational objectives.
• Provide guidance and support on marketing-related activities across the business.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and recommend improvements based on performance insights.
• Liaise with service providers, agencies, and partners to achieve campaign objectives.
• Oversee marketing expenditure and ensure budgets are managed responsibly.
• Measure and report on the success of marketing activities
• Interpret data and market insights to improve future campaigns and strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on marketing effectiveness and opportunities.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a management position.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
