What you'll be doing You'll support the marketing function across both internal and external initiatives, ensuring all activities align with brand standards. This includes managing digital platforms such as websites and LinkedIn, coordinating and executing events from start to finish, and handling bulk communications. You'll create and update marketing materials, assist with campaign execution, and provide hands-on support to internal stakeholders. You'll also track event performance, manage marketing assets, and ensure all systems, content, and communications remain accurate and up to date. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a leading player in the wealth management and financial advisory sector, known for their innovative and personalised approach to client service. With a strong commitment to excellence and continuous growth, they foster a collaborative culture where team members are empowered to contribute ideas and make meaningful impacts. For the first 3 months, this will be purely office based in Claremont. Thereafter there is 1 day work from home. The company often has of events and gatherings and do drinks once a month as well as a get together once every quarter. The company is highly professional with top clientele and an environment that is process driven so you will need to enjoy working in a structured environment. However, there is a big family feel. What you'll need A tertiary qualification in marketing is advantageous, along with experience in a marketing support or coordination role. You'll need strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and exposure to tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and website management platforms. Experience with LinkedIn management and event coordination is important. You're a clear communicator, highly organised, and comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders. What you'll get You will receive a market related salary which has a provident fund contribution. Annual leave days are 15 per annum, after your first year of employment your leave days accumulate by 1 day per year till maximum 20 days.
