We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our dynamic team as an ICFR Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take a leadership role in our clients' rapidly growing Middle Eastern practice, helping clients enhance their financial reporting integrity in a vibrant and evolving market
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design ICFR frameworks tailored to client needs and local/international regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage ICFR framework implementation projects, including process documentation, risk assessment, and controls mapping.
- Conduct audit readiness assessments, helping clients prepare for internal and external audits and liaising directly with auditors.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices in internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and best practices in risk advisory and ICFR.
Qualifications:
- Current Manager at a Big 4 firm with a focus on Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, or a similar practice.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and testing ICFR frameworks.
- Strong background in audit readiness and supporting clients through financial statement audits.
- Excellent understanding of control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and relevant regulations (e.g., SOX).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- A willingness and ability to relocate to the Middle East.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, CA) are a plus.
