Our client, a national public-sector organisation that delivers critical laboratory and diagnostic services across South Africa, is looking a CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified finance leader with a strong track record in budgeting, costing, and public sector financial management - where your expertise will directly support both financial excellence and public health impact.

What You'll Do
- Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting across the organisation.
- Drive costing and pricing strategies to ensure sustainability and competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with PFMA, Treasury Regulations, IFRS, and GRAP.
- Provide expert financial insights to executives, auditors, and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor finance teams while continuously improving systems and controls.
- What We're Looking For
- BCom Honours in Finance (NQF 8) + CA(SA) or CIMA qualification (essential).
- 10 years' management accounting experience (3+ years at senior management level).
- Proven expertise in budgeting, costing systems, and cost control.
- Strong public sector background with hands-on PFMA application.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
