About the position

Manager: Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Durban | Permanent | Development Finance Institution

Our client, a leading KwaZulu-Natal Development Finance Institution (DFI) seeks an experienced Manager: Performance Monitoring & Reporting to drive organisational performance, strategic reporting, and impact measurement.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Organisational performance monitoring & dashboards.
  • Executive, Board & regulatory reporting.
  • Strategy alignment, KPIs & shareholder compacts.
  • Governance, compliance & performance assurance.
  • Team leadership.

What You Will Bring:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/SA) or equivalent.
  • 5-8+ years' experience in financial performance monitoring, M&E, strategy or reporting.
  • Public sector / DFI / SOE experience highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, reporting & stakeholder management capability.

N.B: Candidates with public sector or development finance experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
