About the position

Manager: Core Banking & Client Channels (Permanent)

Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Sector: Development Finance / Public Sector Banking

Our client, a leading national development finance institution is seeking an experienced Manager: Core Banking & Client Channels to lead the strategic performance, sustainability and integration of its core banking platform and client delivery channels.

What You Must Have:

  • Lead the strategic roadmap for core banking platforms and client channels.
  • Oversee product performance, P&L management and commercial viability.
  • Drive channel integration, optimisation and platform innovation.
  • Ensure risk, governance, audit and compliance alignment.
  • Deliver data-driven insights, market benchmarks and performance reporting.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders across the banking value chain.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Commercial / Business Degree.
  • 3-5 years' experience in core banking platform management and channel delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated banking or digital channel solutions.
  • Strong analytical, financial and strategic capability.
  • Public-sector or development finance experience highly advantageous.
