Area/Location: Stormsvlei, Western Cape
 
About the Position

A well-established operation in the Stormsvlei area is seeking an experienced and motivated Management Couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. This role requires a dynamic team with strong leadership, organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Management Partner 1 (Operations / Maintenance / Grounds):
• Oversee daily operations and staff supervision
• Manage maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and equipment
• Grounds, infrastructure, and general property management
• Health & safety compliance
• Stock control and supplier liaison
• Management Partner 2 (Administration / Hospitality / Finance):
• Handle administrative duties and record-keeping
• Manage bookings, guest relations, and hospitality services (if applicable)
• Staff scheduling and payroll assistance
• Basic financial management and reporting
• Purchasing and inventory control

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a management couple or in similar roles
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, basic accounting)
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Sober habits and excellent references
