About the position
Our client in the aviation fuel infrastructure sector is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance activities at petroleum storage depots. This role ensures asset reliability, safe operations, and compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate daily maintenance tasks within fuel storage depots/plants.
- Ensure execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Enforce OHS compliance including permit-to-work processes, inductions, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure readiness for audits.
- Support shutdown planning, asset integrity checks, and maintenance scheduling.
- Promote a safe, high-performance maintenance culture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' supervisory experience in maintenance of petroleum storage depots or plants.
- 2+ years' experience in OHS, including permit-to-work, safety inductions, risk assessments, and inspections.
- Strong technical understanding of fuel systems, pumps, motors, valves, and instrumentation.
- Relevant technical certificate, trade qualification, or engineering diploma
